Project Overview
The Intellectual Property Protection Center's trial court system uses network technology, advanced multimedia technology, and centralized control technology to achieve real-time collection, public display of evidence, transcript proofreading, and live broadcast of trials during the trial process. It also centrally and automatically controls various equipment such as sound, light, and electricity in the trial court to reduce the workload of clerks, and provides a powerful application of trial informatization, which can achieve:
1. The collegial panel and the parties in the trial court obtain comprehensive information throughout the trial process and can more effectively assist in the conduct of trial activities based on this information.
2. Relevant personnel and departments outside the trial court can understand the trial situation, supervise the trial work and observe the trial process through desktop computers, large-screen displays, etc.
3. Audience members in the trial court can view the case through the large screen display device in the courtroom; the public outside the trial court can view and supervise the various cases being tried in a transparent and open manner through the Internet system.
4. The multimedia trial system is the core data collection part of a case information. All types of information in the entire trial process should be collected and recorded without omission in a complete multimedia trial system.
